TFC Vacation Boot Camp goes to Mexico!
Has your gym ever organized a trip to a luxurious all-inclusive resort? And thrown in a sand-under-your-feet workout by the ocean? TFC has! And we'll do it again.
In November, 2009 The Fitness Circuit (TFC) began its first of many fitness vacations. We had six days of fun in the sun, paired with a TFC original workout on the beach to start off each morning. Twenty-two members and friends went to the Excellence Resort in Riviera Maya.
