Frequently Asked Questions...
Why is the program so early in the morning?
Class begins each day at 5:45 a.m. Statistics show people that work out first thing in the morning realize their goals more often than those that work out later in the day. The reason is consistency. Too many things can come up during our busy days to prevent us from working out.
How often does the class meet and how long is each class?
Classes meet on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Each class is 1 hour long.
Is the program only for people in really good shape?
Absolutely not! Whatever your current level of fitness is you will be taken through a workout that will challenge you, and that level will change throughout the program. This program is only for people ready to make dramatic changes in their bodies.
Is the program only for people who want to lose a lot of weight?
NO! Those that need to will as they apply the program in its entirety, but even men and women in great shape will improve with this program and find it rewardingly challenging.
Why do you limit the number of participants?
Remember, this is not group exercise, this is Group Coaching. The instructor to participant ratio must be such that the instructor can carefully monitor your form and be able to modify the exercise to give you the most challenging variation of that exercise that you can perform safely.
What about bad weather?
Classes meet rain or shine. You must be 100% committed to the program. If the weather is unsafe, e.g. icy conditions, sleet, or hail your coach will notify you that class will be cancelled. Any cancelled classes (and this will be extremely rare) will be made up on Wednesdays or Saturday.
What if I can't make it every day?
Most people are going to miss a day or two. The maximum days you can miss and get the full benefit of the program is six. If you will miss more than six days it is better to wait until a future class when you will be able to miss less days.
