Women Only & Co-ed Group Coaching classes are 50-minutes long and include warm up and cool down.
The lunchtime Co-ed Express class is 30-minutes of pure workout time.  We suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to stretch and warm up on your own.
Youth Fitness Classes are done in 4-6 week intensive sessions.  Please contact us for more information. 
TFC Programs

The programs at The Fitness Circuit (TFC) are designed to burn fat and tone muscle as quickly and safely as possible. This is accomplished through specific use of exercises and training intensity.

TFC's coaching model enables modification of all exercises so that you are being challenged safely, and all fitness levels can be effectively catered to.  Our programs mesh muscle-toning exercises with fat burning exercises so that you get the best of both worlds in one workout in less than one hour.

While staying true to its main design, these workouts will also improve your strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility.  TFC has between 8 - 10 classes per day including two women only classes, a 30-minute lunch co-ed express class and youth intensives sessions. 

 

Women Group Coaching

You may be surprised at how different we are from the typical big-box gym!  All our members are encouraging and without judgement.  However, some women enjoy the social aspects of a women-only atomosphere.  For you, we have two women-only classes each day.  5:30am & 10am.

Are you looking to lose weight, burn fat, take a minute off your personal best run time or just look and feel better?  These classes feature the same benefits as our other indoor and outdoor Boot Camp programs, but are offered at our indoor facility year-round and are exclusive to women.

Get fast results while enjoying the social aspect and support of working out with other women who are working toward common goals.  Professional, caring coaches will safely guide you through fun and challenging exercises.  Demonstrations of every exercise are performed by our qualified coaches and modifications are easliy given to anyone who needs them.  Our programs chang daily so neither you nor your body will get bored.

You don't have to be in shape to join these classes, in fact, many people are not.  Through modificaitons and time, you'll be surprised at just how much you are capable of!  No matter what stage you begin at, higher fitness levels are attainable and we are here to help you reach them!

Youth Fitness Classes

The Fitness Circuit (TFC) is dedicated to the appropriate, safe and effective training of your children! 

Many of our coaches are Youth Fitness Specialists, certified through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association).  We have a great passion for instilling healthy habits into our young clients so they grow up to be healthy, active adults! 

We offer seasonal indoor Youth Fitness Classes that consist of four to six week intensive sessions where youth ages 10 - 17 are coached on specific skills primarily, but given an overall fitness base.  Past sessions have included Speed & Agility and age-appropriate Strength training.  Contact TFC for more information on the current schedule of youth coaching intensives. 

In the summer, TFC offers an outdoor Youth Fitness Class, which is for all kids, ages 6-10 and 11-17 looking to improve their overall fitness and performance.  You do not have to be an athlete to participate in this class, however you will still be challenged if you are.  In past years, many students use our outdoor fitness program to condition for an upcoming fall sport. The picture above is from our 2010 summer camp when Ike the Spike and his baseball friends came to workout with our younger group, ages 6-10.

Youth Fitness classes are designed to improve athleticism while improving body composition. The program works to improve strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and speed. It's hard work, but it's really fun!

Kids ages 6 -10 and those 11+ are trained separately and focus on fun ways to improve body awareness, balance, age appropriate strength and agility.

TFC also offers Team Sports coaching and has proudly worked with local basketball, soccer, hockey and ski teams.  Please call or email TFC for more details.

Quality-of-life, independence, and youthfulness are just some of the goals of the Silver Circuit.

While it's true that a greater care must be taken as we age, the idea of training solely with exercise machines to be the safest programming, is a myth. As an aging adult, your exercise program needs to "connect" the muscles of the body to work together, not isolate them through stabilized exercise machines.

Within your capabilities, the Silver Circuit aims to improve balance, posture, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health, and some of the programming attends to fall prevention. Improvement in these areas will give you more independence, make you feel more youthful, and result in a higher quality of life.
