The 2011 session begins Sunday September 4th.
This ten-week session includes:
- A 10-week unlimited membership to The Fitness Circuit and Ignite Fitness Camps
- Additional weekly workouts reserved only for Platinum Club members
- A complete nutritional plan tailored to your specific likes and dislikes and tweaked as often as necessary based on your weekly performance.
- Dedicated one-on-one time with Scott face-to-face, through email and on the phone.
- Accountability journals
- Meetings, emails, activities, etc to make sure that you are emotionally ready to do what it takes to achieve the success you desire and deserve.
- A strong group dynamic that will contribute to the success of everyone. If you don't show up for a workout - you will be called on it!
- Full phone access to Scott - all day - every day to ask questions or for support to get you through the rough times.

In the video, Scott also mentions a separate program, "Gold." To the right of this page, you'll find a testimonial regarding this 8-week, email-based program. Gold focuses mostly on mindset, getting you ready to embrace successful diet and exercise programs, along with it's own diet tips. Unlike Platinum, it does not include personal diet plans or face-to-face meetings with Scott, although it has proved successful for many!
