Quality-of-life, independence, and youthfulness are just some of the goals of the Silver Circuit.
While it's true that a greater care must be taken as we age, the idea of training solely with exercise machines to be the safest programming, is a myth. As an aging adult, your exercise program needs to "connect" the muscles of the body to work together, not isolate them through stabilized exercise machines.
Within your capabilities, the Silver Circuit aims to improve balance, posture, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health, and some of the programming attends to fall prevention. Improvement in these areas will give you more independence, make you feel more youthful, and result in a higher quality of life. |

Youth Programs

Youth Fitness coaching classes are for all kids looking to improve their fitness and performance.
You do not have to be an athlete to participate in this class, but you will still be challenged if you are. Youth Fitness classes are designed to improve athleticism while improving body composition. The program works to improve strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and speed. It's hard work, and it's really fun!
Kids ages 10+ are trained separately and focus on fun ways to improve body awareness, balance, and agility.
TFC also offers Team Sports coaching and has proudly worked with local basketball, soccer, hockey and ski teams. Please call or email TFC for more details.
