I have seen results rather quickly and it made me aware just how out of shape I was. Although I worked out, my overall core and strength were lacking. I have seen an increase in strength in just a month as well as toning. I think that you do a great job motivating people and the challenge is what makes it so fun.
I appreciate the variety and intensity of the training routines. I like that the routines focus on strength training one day and cardio on a different day. The most important thing for me going to TFC versus another gym is that I rely on (the trainers) to provide the routines that are best in terms of number of reps, which exercises and in what order so that I am getting the best workout in the time provided.
I have belonged to another gym previously, but I was not sure which exercises and equipment I should use and how often I should use them each week. The only way to get that information at that gym would be to schedule individual training sessions with the staff, but it would have been more expensive and less personal than at TFC. The other intangible benefit that I enjoy is the camaraderie and relationships that have developed between me and other members which provides more incentive to attend more sessions.
